2.Look and say
Teacher will show six different pictures, and the students will work in groups to introduce their book to their partners.
Step 3: Practice and Consolidation
Game 1: the students should work in pairs and use the new words and sentences to make dialogue and the ask someone to show their dialogue in the stage.
Game2:who takes the quietest
Teacher: show me your Chinese book, show me your English book, and show me your storybook…
Game3:who perform the best Teacher will divide the whole class into four groups to do a performance about bookshop, someone act the customers and others act the booksellers and then praise the best group.
Game4: listen and do
Students will do the actions following the teacher’s instructions. And the ask one of the students to say the actions and the rest ss to do the relate actions.
T: put your English book on your desk.
Put your ruler in the desk.
Put your pencil near your notebook.
Put your storybook under your desk.
Put your math book behind your body.
Step 4: Summary
Teacher hands out the words and sentences cards and the ss review what they have learned today, what’s more the teacher will encourage the ss try to do their own thing independently and love their books.
Step 5 :Homework
The students will introduce their school things to their parents with the new words and sentences.
